Liugong 856H, the flagship wheel loader of 5.5-ton class, is a high-efficiency operation tool for various working conditions such as mining, infrastructure construction and ports. Equipped with a customized Cummins engine and matched with Liugong's independent transmission and fixed-variable hydraulic system, it has a rated power of 162kW and a rated load capacity of 5500kg, which can burst out strong torque at low speed. It saves 12%-15% fuel compared with the same level models and 1-2 liters of fuel per hour, greatly reducing the operation cost while realizing high-efficiency operation. The standard configuration is a 3.5m³ bucket, and the bucket capacity can be flexibly selected from 2.7 to 5.6m³. The maximum breakout force of 180.7kN, combined with the reinforced frame and working device, can easily cope with harsh operations such as heavy load and gravel. The maximum traveling speed of 38km/h makes transfer and operation more efficient. The whole machine adopts a 309° panoramic micro-pressurized cab with a three-level shock absorption design, which effectively reduces vibration, has excellent dust and sound insulation effects, and greatly improves the operation comfort. The single-handle electric proportional control makes the compound action smoother; the design of the forward-tilting hood and ground centralized maintenance points enables daily maintenance without climbing, which is time-saving and safe. Having undergone tens of thousands of hours of full-condition testing, Liugong 856H can achieve a durable performance of "three years equivalent to five or six years" in extreme environments such as mining areas.
