1. DIESEL ENGINE: Caterpillar 3406 DITA engine, overhauled in June 2025. Cat 3406 engine—powerful diesel engine, fully overhauled from top to bottom, total output 500 pk. No afterburner or AdBlue. 2. FEEDER: Feed hopper with a length of 2400 mm, 30 mm thick bottom plate armor, equipped with hydraulically foldable hopper walls. New wear plates on the bottom and sides. 3. PRESCREEN: Single-deck integrated pre-screen Heavy-duty bofor bars on bottom deck 4. ROTOR: Hydrostatically driven open rotor Width 1000 mm Diameter 1100 mm 5. CRUSHER OUTLET: Vibrating chute beneath the rotor, driven by a separate, all-cast-iron gearbox; overhauled, with a completely new chute and 30 mm wear parts made entirely of Hardox. 6. IMPACT WALLS The upper impact walls of the crusher housing are individually hydraulically adjustable. Crushing chamber with new heavy-duty wear-resistant parts and 2 independent, hydraulically adjustable counter walls 7. MAIN OUTPUT CONVEYOR: Width 1000 mm with lateral magnet 8. CHASSIS: D4 heavy-duty tracks (more space between the frame and the tracks).
