We are offering for sale a technological line designed for processing tyres and other types of waste. The line is designed for multi-stage shredding of tyres and tyre components. It is suitable for processing passenger car tyres or tyre parts, producing shredded material that can be used, for example, as alternative fuel for cement plants. The technology consists of conveyors, shredders, a star screening unit, a vibrating feeder, and a central electrical control panel. The line also includes material fraction separation and an output conveyor for transporting the processed material into a container. The technology is primarily designed for tyre processing. However, subject to an individual technical assessment, it may also be suitable for processing other types of waste or materials suitable for mechanical shredding and screening. The suitability for other materials must always be assessed based on their composition, hardness, dimensions, metal content, and the required output fraction. Processing capacity according to the technical documentation: approx. 2 tonnes/hour of shredded material with an output size of 50 mm using three-stage shredding, approx. 4 tonnes/hour of shredded material with an output size of 50–300 mm using single-stage shredding. The offer also includes complete primary and secondary shredders which have undergone a full overhaul and have not been put back into operation since the refurbishment. A spare set of shredder knives is also included with the technology. This represents a significant operational advantage for the future buyer in terms of servicing, maintenance, and minimising potential equipment downtime.
